Low blood pressure is low flow of blood through the arteries and veins.  This can cause damage to vital organs such as the brain, heart, and kidneys.  If blood pressure drops to 100/60 it is low.

Causes

Some of the causes are poor diet, dehydration, nausea, fever, heat stroke, anaemia or hereditary.

Symptoms

Main symptoms are fainting, dizziness and fatigue.

Remedy (Nuskhe)

  • Healthy balanced diet of protein, carbohydrates, fats and sugar.
Have the juice of 10-15 basil (tulsi) leaves mixed with 1 teaspoon honey.  Crush the leaves to a paste and squeeze out the juice through a muslin cloth.
