Bed Sores

What are bed sores?

Bed sores are also called decubitus ulcers, pressure ulcers, or pressure sores.

Causes

These tender or inflamed patches appear when skin remains pressed in one position and is unexposed to air for prolonged periods, for example, a bed ridden patient.

Remedy (Nuskhe)

  • Apply honey on the length and breadth of a banana leaf and lie on it for a few hours.  Ensure its contact with the affected parts.
