Causes

Poor diet, diabetes, anaemia.

Symptoms

Lethargy, low energy levels, fatigue, low resistance towards bacteria borne ailments.

Remedy (Nuskhe)

  • Soak 8 to 10 almonds and 1 teaspoon rice overnight.  Remove the outer skin of almonds.  Grind into a fine paste.  Mix in some milk and a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi).  Boil and drink along with sugar candy (mishri) or ordinary sugar to taste.
  • Cut a mango into slices and place them on a platter.  Sprinkle the following on mango slices:  a pinch of saffron (kesar), cardamom (choti illaichi) and rose water (gulab jal) and 1 teaspoon honey.  Take twice daily.
