Contra-indications:
May cause irritation to sensitive skin so always use well-diluted. Not to be used during pregnancy.

Steam distillation of the leaves and flowering tops.

- Mental fatigue.
- Nervous tension.
- Sinus congestion.
- Bronchitis.
- Colds.
- Constipation.
- Rheumatism.
Can also be used in the first aid treatment of wasp stings and snake bites.
Scent: Fresh, sweet and spicy.
Combines with:
- Frankincense.
- Geranium.
- Citrus oils.
