VETIVER (VETIVERIA ZIZANIOIDES)

Effects: Grounding.

Aroma: Base note.

This is a scented grass native to India and Indonesia. It is from its abundant roots that the oil is produced.

Properties: 

  • Antibacterial.
  • Anti-fungal.
  • Calming.

Extraction:
Steam distillation of the roots.

Uses:
