Contra-indications:
Juniper should not be used by people with severe kidney disease, as it can over-stimulate the kidneys. Avoid use during pregnancy.

- Cystitis.
Juniper is also a useful disinfectant.
Use diluted as a massage oil for aches and pains and rheumatism.
Juniper has a calming effect and is helpful to ease stress when used as a massage oil.
It is very helpful in treating gout as it helps with elimination of toxins. Due to its diuretic effect, Juniper is helpful in conditions of the genito-urinary tract such as cystitis.
It may be helpful for acne, dermatitis and weeping eczema and can sometimes help cellulite.
Juniper is very cleansing emotionally as well as physically and helps revitalise.
